House Policies
Clear expectations make for a calm experience — for you, and for every client we care for. Here's everything worth knowing before you book.
Booking Your Visit
- Please add on the services you'd like when you book — it ensures we have enough time allotted to properly spoil you
- Not sure what you need? Start with a consultation and we'll build the plan together
Consultations
- All client consultations are $50
- Your consultation fee applies to your total if you receive treatment the same day
- Texas law requires a Good Faith Exam for all new aesthetic injection clients — an additional $50, added at your first visit, then once annually
Deposits
- $50+ to book, for new and current clients alike
- Deposits are non-refundable and apply in full to your total at checkout on the day of treatment
Rescheduling & Cancellations
- 72-hour window to reschedule, cancel, or revise your appointment
- No same-day or day-before changes — we run a full house daily
- Outside the window is considered a no-show: 100% of services booked + forfeited deposit
Late Arrivals
- A strict 10-minute grace window applies
- Beyond 10 minutes is considered a no-show, with a $50 late fee
- Arrive 10 minutes early — your future self will thank you
- We're downtown now, so please plan ahead for traffic and parking at peak hours
Payments
- We accept credit/debit, Apple Pay, tap and cash, plus financing through Cherry
- Affirm, Klarna and Afterpay work too, as long as you already have a virtual card set up with them
- If a payment plan doesn't go through at checkout, we'll take another form of payment that day and cancel the incomplete plan on our end, so nothing is left sitting open on your balance
- We don't keep cash on site, so if you're paying that way please bring exact change — and if you need to break a bill, the Pub across the street has an ATM and we're always happy to point you over
- 3% credit card processing fee + sales tax applies
- 10% payment plan fee on financed treatments
- All payments are non-refundable
- All sales are final — we don't offer refunds, reimbursements or exchanges, and that includes the outcome of a treatment. Every face heals and settles at its own pace, and results are never something we can guarantee in advance
- If anything feels off as you settle, please tell us. We'd far rather see you back in the chair and talk it through together than have you sit at home wondering
Good to Know
- $500 minimum spend on Fridays and Saturdays
- Minimum treatment age is 16 with parental consent — parent must be present
- Banked product must be used within 14 days of opening (toxins: 30 days)
how we treat each other
Respect, Both Ways
Everyone who comes through our door is met with dignity, discretion and genuine warmth — whoever you are, whatever you're here for. You'll never be rushed, judged, or sold something you didn't come for. That isn't a policy for us so much as the entire point of the house.
We ask for that same grace in return. Our injectors, esthetician and front-of-house team are people first, and harassment, discrimination, aggression or disrespect — toward them or toward another client — isn't something we're able to overlook.
Should that line ever be crossed, we'll end the appointment at that moment and you won't be able to book with us again. In those circumstances, anything already paid — deposits and treatment fees alike — is not refunded.
We truly hope never to need this paragraph. It lives here so that everyone in the house, on both sides of the chair, feels safe and well cared for.
