The Universal Prep Checklist
- Avoid alcohol, any smoke, caffeine, or any other blood thinners for 72 hours
- Drink half a gallon of water daily
- Begin taking arnica tablets 48 hours pre-treatment
- Come with food in your tummy, please!
- Show up 10 minutes early so you don't risk becoming late

Toxins
Before You Come
- Follow the universal prep checklist — especially the 72-hour no blood thinners rule
- Skip ibuprofen and aspirin beforehand unless medically required (check with your prescriber first)
- Arrive makeup-free if you can — we'll cleanse the area either way
After You Glow
- Keep your head up for 3–4 hours post facial tox treatments
- Don't rub, massage, or press on the treated areas today
- Skip workouts and excessive sweating for 24 hours
- No facials, lasers, or microneedling over the area for 2 weeks
- Book your follow-up ~2 weeks out so we can perfect your result
Fillers & Facial Balancing
Before You Come
- Follow the universal prep checklist and start arnica 48 hours ahead
- Avoid dental work in the 2 weeks before (and after) filler when possible
- Plan social events at least a few days out — a little swelling is normal
After You Glow
- Avoid pressure on the area for 2 weeks — no straws, no sunglasses on treated areas
- Begin gentle massages on day 3
- Ice in short intervals for comfort and swelling
- Avoid heat, sun, and strenuous exercise for 24 hours
- Come no earlier than 2 weeks for your touch up, and no later than 3
Skin Boosters
Before You Come

- Pause retinoids and strong actives 3 days before
- Arrive with clean skin if possible
After You Glow
- Tiny raised papules at injection points are normal and settle within 24–48 hours
- No makeup for 24 hours
- Skip facials, exfoliation, and lasers for 2 weeks

- No makeup for 24 hours — let your skin breathe and glow
- SPF every morning (yes, every morning)
- Hold the actives — no retinoids or acids for 48–72 hours
- Skip heavy sweat, saunas, and heat for 24 hours
- A little purging can be normal as your skin turns over
Waxing
Before You Come
- Let hair grow to at least ¼ inch — about 2–3 weeks from your last shave
- Gently exfoliate 24–48 hours before
- No retinoids on the area for 5–7 days prior
- Avoid sun on the area for 48 hours before
After You Glow
- No saunas, hot yoga, hot baths, or heavy sweat for 24–48 hours
- Wear loose clothing on freshly waxed areas
- Keep the area out of the sun for 48 hours
- Exfoliate gently after 48–72 hours to keep ingrowns away
- Moisturize with something fragrance-free and calming
