What We Don't Collect Here
- Booking, scheduling, and any treatment or health information you share with us — that all lives in Boulevard, our booking platform, not on this website
- This site never asks for or stores payment, insurance, or medical information
How It's Used
- To respond to your message, application, or booking interest
- To understand which pages and treatments visitors are interested in, so we can improve the site
- We never sell your information, and we don't share it outside the small team who runs the house and the vendors below
Who We Share With
- Boulevard — our booking and scheduling platform, used for all appointment and treatment information
- FormSubmit — delivers contact form and application submissions to our inbox
- Google Translate — an optional, on-page translation tool you can choose to use
Your Choices
- To request that we delete any information you've shared with us through this website (contact form, lead pop-up, or application), email or text us and we'll take care of it
- Declining the lead capture pop-up or the contact form doesn't affect your ability to book or visit us
