Using This Website
- The content here — copy, pricing, before-and-afters, and treatment descriptions — is for general information about The Wellness House and is not medical advice
- Nothing on this site creates a provider–patient relationship; that begins at your in-person consultation
- Prices, offers, and services shown may change, and limited-time specials end on the dates stated
Booking, Deposits & Cards on File
- Appointments are booked through Boulevard, and some require a deposit or a card on file to hold your time
- Deposits are applied toward your treatment total at checkout
- A card on file secures your appointment under our cancellation and no-show policy below — it is not charged at booking
Cancellations & No-Shows
- Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel without a fee
- Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee to the card on file, as disclosed at booking
- Arriving significantly late may mean we need to shorten or reschedule your visit so the day stays on time for everyone
Treatments & Results
- All treatments are performed by licensed professionals following a consultation and your informed consent
- Aesthetic results vary from person to person; no specific outcome is guaranteed, and some treatments require a series or maintenance
- You'll receive aftercare guidance, and we ask that you follow it and tell us promptly about any concern
- Treatments are for clients 18 and older unless otherwise arranged with a parent or guardian, and are subject to medical eligibility
Payments & Financing
- Payment is due at the time of service; we accept major cards, and Cherry financing is available for qualifying totals
- Package, membership, and gift-card terms are provided at purchase and are non-transferable unless stated
- Retail product sales are final; opened skincare cannot be returned for safety reasons
